I must admit, professional, kind & super knowledgeable but on the downside, I feel that I was tricked out of my initial payment of $350. I paid money just to get told that my case couldn't be handled. It was not fair treatment at all. And all responses & emails stopped after that. That's the part about people in life today that I find so rude....all smiles are glowing and communication is flowing to get the money out of you & once they get the money, all communication cease & they disappear.
