I spoke to this male lawyer today for a consultation and he was rude to me. I had asked for Melissa but she didn't call. This make attorney told me he was leaving the firm and he wouldn't represent me anyway. I have a very good case, and have a lot of money to put into it. So he really ruined the first impression for me honestly.

I should've just opted for trial immediately and this would've all been over with sooner and I would've spent a lot less money but even with all of that the team was amazing at holding my hand throughout the process. Tina was great at communicating everything I needed to know and I went through a few lawyers with this law firm and not gonna lie really wanted to work with Melissa because my family has used her before and she was really good. The lawyer that ended my case, Josh, was so easy to work with and completely understood and should so much empathy for what I was going through and that was much appreciated.

I really appreciated Melissa and her staff - so caring, polite and aggressive. Every time I had a question or a concern , the response was amazing. I was extremely pleased with my outcome, the price was extremely fair as well. I highly recommend this firm - Melissa and her staff are too notch.

I hired Ms. Wilson in September of 2012 after letting another lawyer go. She promised aggressive action in a family law case. I told her I already had gotten several things done and gave her the case file to review. She did not review my case at all I know this because when I brought to her attention that we had already filed for contempt and showed her the paper she told me she didn't know about it and would look into it . She had me go to several status conferences. which took up all but 900 of the 2500 retainer I gave her . She scheduled me for a mediation which we had already done as well as the several status conferences we had already done. She sent me an invoice for my remaining balance of the retainer and was off by a thousand dollars ! She admitted her mistake and corrected that . She admitted that she could not keep office staff. I already knew this due to the fact there was somebody new almost every time I called her. She has not returned emails or phone calls and the last email I received was from a paralegal stating Ms Wilson was too busy to talk with me and that paralegal has not returned emails. I have all this on file I can back up every statement I have made and I have never been rude to Ms Wilson or her staff so I am at a loss . A very big loss because now my daughter was taken by her mother and I have no help. In my opinion this lawyer has too many clients and office problems to be effective in representing me

If I could rate Melissa Wilson and her firm without a star I would, but google won't allow it if I want the world to know what type of person she is. The list of where she dropped the ball is extensive. Let's start with her not showing up to court and charging me for services she did not rinder. I obtained her in 2013 and since then the only things that have happened were court hearings that she sometimes made it to, mediation (that she was late to), NO returned calls, no returned emails and a $4,000 invoivce due immediately. I never made it to trial. She didn't send me monthly invoice. She even dropped me with out even talking to me or notifying me.
