I am not sure where to begin. I am rating and reviewing on my mother's behalf. She is older and without the resources to share her experience. Long story short, she has burning pain to her left foot and was promised improvement with this facility's treatment plan. In the event the treatment plan was ineffective, my mom would only be financially responsible for the equipment. She followed the treatment plan accordingly and actually, the staff failed to provide her the nutritional resources as promised in the beginning. Regardless, mom eats a fairly clean diet and about halfway through the treatment, she started feeling pain in the other foot. She expressed her concerns and told the clinicians the pain to the left foot was not getting better. The nurse manager avoided her to not address her concerns during subsequent visits. At the end of the treatment, the doctor retested her foot, told my mom her measures had improved compared to the initial test and completely ignored my mom's concerns. My mom knows the sensations in her foot haven't changed and just being given the runaround. The pain has only worsen and she just wants to feel better. This team has misled her, ignored her and lack any compassion for my mom's pain. She has almost $10K to pay for a treatment that didn't work, and they refuse to adjust the bill. We are considering legal action and will tell everyone we know to seek treatment elsewhere. This clinic isn't worth the headache or bill.

Wonderful experience. I have felt great improvement in my neuropathy and sciatica. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. Brittany has always been personable, knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. Dr Teasley does great adjustments and explains as he does the adjustment and asks you questions to do what's best for you and your adjustment. I would highly recommend this office. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and treatment.

My husband went to this practice and they assured him they could help with the pain in his feet. After several months they retested him. At the time only the front desk person was in the office and she did the testing. He was told there was some improvement in his numbers. He has not felt any improvement in the pain whatsoever. They said they would call him for another test and never did. He had been trying to call them and never received a call back. Now we see on the website that they are TEMPORARILY closed. We are very upset because we are paying 175.00 a month on the loan and feel we have been scammed! They received their money and then disappeared. We are very upset because we feel we were taken advantage of. In reading the current reviews we see we were not the only ones. Shame on them for taking advantage of desperate people that are in pain

Very nice and friendly staff. Awesome staff and services. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. I love this place. I always feel so much better after I leave. I couldn't sleep at night until I started coming here. This place gave me hope and even if I'm having a bad day I am great by the time I leave. They have excellent team work. Very caring I recommend to all.

Dr. Sawyer the chiropractor came in and determined my issue with my knee, and with her assistance and skills has helped me greatly. After a few weeks, I am able to walk better without as much pain. The staff at this facility is very friendly and helpful.
