Thomas, Holladay & Claiborne

I was in a accident Oct 2024. I called Morgan & Morgan and they were so called "handling my case" which involved ME informing THEM of Dr appts, surgeries, billing info... pretty much ME doing the work for them and them just waiting for a possible check. I would try and call my case mgr or try to speak with an attorney (never knew who was what, case mgrs changing, attorneys changing, blah blah blah). I finally got fed up with doing THEIR WORK and reached out to Thomas, Holladay and Claiborne's office and it was one of THE BEST DECISIONS I'VE EVER MADE IN MY LIFE! Anytime I called the office I spoke with Taylor (my case mgr) or if I needed to speak with my attorney, there was never any hesitation (unless they were on the phone or out of the office which was very rare) and my questions and/or concerns were always answered! What was so great AND ABSOLUTELY AMAZING was that all I really had to do was get better while they did all the foot work! It was a breath of fresh air! I'm no robot or just someone leaving a review bc it's just something most of us do these days. Everyone in their office makes you feel like you are the ONLY ONE IN THEIR OFFICE! I'm OBVIOUSLY not going to say what my settlement was bc that's nobody's business except for me and my husband BUT I will say this... I literally cried when they told me! Yall, just give these guys a chance! They are AMAZING! Thank yall for taking care of me and not taking advantage of me!!!

I honestly can't say enough good things about this office! Attorney Dan, Ms. Paula, Ms, Taylor, and the rest of the staff have been so phenomenal throughout this entire process! To put it short, I was in a car accident in October and came to Dan basically feeling completely helpless. I was injured and just didn't know what to do. Everyone in this office were so welcoming and broke the entire process down for me. They made this entire process as painless as humanly possible and I couldn't thank them enough. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! If I could give them 100 stars, I would! Thank you all so very much!

Austin was kind, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process with clarity and professionalism. My case managers, Taylor and Susie, were also fantastic--always responsive and supportive. I truly felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Daniel is good lawyer and the secretary taylor is good always on point if you case get behinde they will give a loan

My lawyers were Dan, and Austin. I couldn't have asked for better people to represent me! When they tell you they will be there for you, it's not a lie or a gimmick to make you choose them, they have come to the house when I wasn't physically able to leave my own home or when you have a question they are always quick to answer their own personal cellphones! The two wonderful ladies I had a pleasure of meeting that helped me through gathering anything they needed to support my case they were beyond incredible!
