Helena is amazing! I've been so stressed out about this whole incident and she kind of put me at ease! I'm still shaken up and I can't sleep but speaking to her actually helped me relax a little bit knowing I'm not alone! That means a lot.

They are too big and have become the big guys they are supposed to protect us from. They lie and delay and take the quickest route instead of the right one. If I had known that I'd have went a different route. They didn't take my concerns seriously. They didn't investigate my claims even to the point of it not being my fault. They did minimum effort for maximum pay for them. I do not recommend them. I used to.

The original lawyer quit working for Morgan & Morgan. Took eight months for me to find this out and request a new lawyer. The third lawyer told me after two and a half years they couldn't help my case because physical damage to my body couldn't be proven it was related to the accident. The officer on scene didn't call and get me an ambulance when I asked for one. (Stated in my Affirmation) I spent a lot of time and money getting records for Morgan & Morgan. In my opinion Morgan & Morgan should have requested the officers dash cam and body cam video. Florida's No Fault Law allows someone to do permanent body damage to you and walk away free. The City should be liable for the officers actions.

The worst experience ever they'll tell you anything to get you on retainer. After that your just a number to them I've had my attorney switched with no knowledge until the day before mediation and had zero communication prior to that with them was rushed to settle thru mediation that ended up with the attorney who only worked my case for less than a week to end up receiving more from the settlement than ME not to mention I Met the attorney 2 days before mediation ....DONT CHOOSE THESE PEOPLE !!
