After getting turned down by more than 5 lawyers for my case (who thought that my case was not worth it ) she was the only one who actually sat with me personally and explained in detail the implications of my case and why it entailed, three hours later I now have a deep understanding of what we're able to do to take action against a surgent who failed to do his job and didn't complete a full appendectomy. She was willing to help and even went out of her to do so. There's always a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you to the Rubio Law Firm, you and your staff are incredible!!! Probably the most unresponsive attorney that I ever encountered. I met with Maria with my long time attorney of 40 years. Rubio accepted our case but never returned multiple emails or calls as to the status of the case. In my 50 years of corporate life and as a CEO of a major Miami Corporation I have never met such an irresponsible and noncommittal attorney. I would highly recommend never using Rubio for any legal work or litigation.

Had the unfortunate pleasure of being sued by this firm. A horribly frivolous case that they prosecuted. Got my family for $ at the end of the day as they use the threat of law, fees, and time like a weapon. This lawyer is exactly what is wrong with our legal system Shane on her.
