I have recently turned 70 and wanted to make sure all of my affairs are in order. I had originally contacted a referred attorney in St Augustine regarding possible title problems on my house. He requested $100 to do a title search and after it was completed he requested $10,000 to clean up the problems he said he uncovered. I thought his charges were excessive. I went on line and found the Wilkes and Mee firm. I have been dealing with a great person named Nikol. Nikol patiently went through their process with me. I was informed if the problems were what the previous attorney mentioned it would cost $3500-4000 to clear them. Nikol had an attorney review the title search from the previous attorney and said there were no problems and I did not need to spend the $3500-4000 after all. Finally Honest Competent Legal Counsel. I highly recommend the Wilkes and Mee Firm!!!
