I did an online consultation email, and got a call back from someone at the firm who would not give me her name. She asked me to explain the case and when I did, she told me that she does not handle these types of cases. I replied with well, yes you do according to your website. She stated well this is not the firm, and with attitude, stated "would you like the number to the Florida Bar or not?" I said no I want to talk to an attorney. She said I couldn't speak with an attorney, and I replied, well then if you can't handle my case then why are you calling me? I emailed the firm. She then talked over me "have a good day Mr. Waters" and hung up on me. I immediately called back and said I want to talk to your supervisor. She once again talked over me and said I'll have someone call you tomorrow. The email I got came from a Mitzy. If this is how you all treat your clients then I most certainly don't want to be one. If you can't get clients, it's probably because you have people like her working for you, or in this case, her. This is totally unacceptable behavior and treatment and I for one will NOT tolerate it.

Leticia has been a huge help with finding out the process of my case. She is an attorney's assistant or legal who does return your calls. My case was settled, and I did receive my check.
