I was traveling straight on Dean Rd and a vehicle tried to turn in left and tboned me. I lost control of vehicle and it ended up on 2 wheels on the drivers side and slung me on the door and popped my neck back before rolling back to being on 4 wheels.

Brandon was extremely helpful with guiding me through the intake process. You basically tell them what happened, he puts you on a brief hold to consult with their team to see if you have a solid case, and fortunately I had one. From there, Brandon emailed me their information which required some signatures and initials. My case will then be assigned to an attorney and it's "Just That Easy!" I'm proud of myself that I made this phone call to Morgan and Morgan as I only ended the call with him 5 minutes ago and already feel a HUGE weight and burden taken off of my shoulders. I'm really frustrated. I haven't been happy with this experience so far and honestly don't know I have a lawyer. I've hired them as my attorney for disability, and I am disappointed with a communication so far. I've never once talked to the lawyer - it's been over a year. My case was denied a few days ago after over a year waiting. The case manager is very sweet and the only person I can get in touch with, but I've asked if I could have guidance as to what files I should submit for the appeal for my best results and I was told I could not speak to a lawyer at this time that I don't only be able to speak when I get denied again and go to a hearing. I was told the lawyer that's overseeing it now won't be the next lawyer and he wouldn't talk to me. I think that's crazy. Why wouldn't they wanna win at this point? The only help I'm getting is filing paperwork which honestly Is very easy to do on the portal. What I'm looking for is For guidance and the best chance to win at the appeal level so I don't have to drag this out another year because it's already been over a year. I'm really disappointed. Thankfully, my twin sister works at Farah and Farah in another state AND is giving me guidance because she's worked in disability, but it would be nice to have my own lawyers help me.

Was our lawyer. Then all of a sudden sent me a letter stating that they are letting me go that there was no case. I went to another firm they took my case and won. But Morgan said Morgan still wanted their fee even when they didn't win my case. How is this working for me. They say that they are family oriented.

Great experience with the consultation. They listened and made me feel safe and heard. Very grateful for this experience and just have someone acknowledge how I feel
