I sued my trustee/ mother to compel documents to the trust I'm listed on as beneficiary. My trustee hired Eugene Beil to represent her and the trust to oppose me, which is a gross conflict of interest. He should have worked to have the trust settled correctly as outlined in uniform trust code. Instead he filed and helped my trustee get a restraining order against me, the trust beneficiary for cyber stalking over my sending said trustee a certified letter containing a cure notice to produce trust documents I should have received in 1999 when the trust was created. He then conspired with the judge to try to block my lawsuit. He then withdrew citing an undisclosed "ethical conflict". I'm a totally disabled person that's been homeless on the streets for over five years now. I'll be filing a bar complaint as soon as I am able.

Mr. Hay is empathetic and professional. The women at the front desk are very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. I had my will and other legal documents done. It was done quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

It wasn't so much that we hated them. We just thought they were more knowledgeable about the bankruptcy/foreclosure process and as it turned out we paid them to do a job, which was to save our home. The attorney did not have any of the paperwork completed for the first court date and missed every deadline the mortgage company set for us to have the chance to remain in our families property. I ended up doing most of the research to find all of this out. We are now renting a home, which is something my mother has NEVER had to do. Unfortunately he was negligent in doing what he was paid to do, however we liked them as people very much.
