Kristen went to bat for me with my insurance claim against my insurance company and because of her abilities, skills and knowledge, she was able to successfully negotiate an amazing settlement with the insurance company well above my expectation. During the process, Kristen was very transparent with me and i was always able to reach her with ease unlike most law firm these days. During the process, she and Phillip kept me informed, step by step and always communicated the progress with me.
