My husband and I were extremely lucky to have found Michael Kaplan and his team. We met them in the middle a global pandemic to make things even a more complicated when dealing with an insurance company. (as is not already complicated enough). However they were able to follow through with every single request that we had. They took the time in preparing us for everything.
