This guy didn't know the correct answer about the law ..he rattled off like he did, I went home and used chat GPT to get the correct answer, actually just to verify that I had the correct answer and he had no clue.. I knew it when he said it in his office he didn't know what he was talking about...but to make sure I checked

My wife and I went to Ted about a month ago to revise our will at which time our he realized our deed was incorrectly recorded. He made the proper changes and filed a Quick deed. After that was complete he was able to change our Wills and provided us with a lot of helpful information. I highly recommend and if needed would use his services again.
