We have availed ourselves of Salter Feiber Law for a number of real estate transactions. Everything from closing on our home to securing the deed to a property that we purchased. Every single time has been a resounding success. My wife and I have closed on real estate before, and it was a time-consuming, complicated ordeal...not so with Denise Hutson at the helm. A few months back, I was trying to purchase my grandmother's house that had a looming foreclosure. Without getting into the details, the situation was pretty convoluted, and I had no idea how any of the process worked, how to settle the debt with the bank, etc. and was pretty (very) stressed out. Recently was married and went for advice on wills. The write a will, charged us almost 1500, presenter a form to us with typos. They never followed thru on getting a title change registered for our home - finally got someone to respond to completing it 4 months after our first meeting. I would never refer to this business for anyone in need of guidance, accuracy or follow through

I just had the worst experience here with Marynell Hardy. A simple document took months to complete. A 10 min signing (the first time) took 45 min before I just left never getting my recipe for payment, which I was told was the full payment all inclusive. An agreed upon clause was left out so a new document had to be signed and recorded. When making that appointment I was told I owed the recording fees...oh no I didnt... I said that was not the case and that I would not be paying twice. After some conversation I agreed to pay but assured them of this review. These are not people I could recommend you to trust. If you do decide to use them get everything in writing and watch your back
