After speaking to this firm some of my worries and concerns are resolved. I feel like we will be working with people who have our best interests at heart. I have renewed hope for our future.

My family and I have been patient and cooperative throughout our entire case with Morgan & Morgan. We attended every appointment, followed every request, and met every deadline. Unfortunately, communication from our attorney's team was inconsistent and dismissive. We were given multiple false timelines and repeatedly given the runaround with little to no accountability. Each time we reached out after months of silence, our attorney suddenly had new information -- which felt unprofessional. My family felt dismissed on multiple occasions, especially after choosing to settle. Receiving a feedback survey before receiving our payment only added to the frustration. Overall, I would not recommend using Morgan & Morgan, particularly if you expect transparency or to actually see a fair portion of your settlement in a reasonable timeframe. ** I reached out to the email provided below on November 5th and have yet to hear back.
