I would love to give them 5 stars because we won our case, unfortunately their follow through was more than upsetting. After we won our case this firm forgot to file the necessary paperwork to have all of our lawyers fees paid by the claimant (it was stated that we were 100% to get all court costs, lawyers fees. Etc). So because nothing was filed, the court ruled that the claimant didn't need to pay us anything back. All of the hard work of fighting for 2 years went down the drain because this firm didn't follow through with what they were supposed to do. They got their money in the end and after trying to contact them multiple times about their "omission of error", I have heard nothing! I am a small business owner and this was extremely hurtful because Mr. Alba should do what is ethical and give us what we were supposed to get. That is what his insurance is for....an error of omission. We paid for someone to take care of things from beginning to end. This did not happen and the only person that won was Mr. Alba!

Mr. Alba, Destyn, Claire and everyone else at Alba legal have been an incredible help to me over the past year and a half. They understood exactly what I needed and supported me every step of the way. I could not have survived this process without them.
