Mr Goodson is very easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and makes the process less intimidating and stressful than it can seem to be. He took our case step by step and made me feel at ease with each one. He worked very well with all of the people involved and helped us to work to a resolution that was less daunting than it could have been.

Highly recommend. Best attorneys in the Fort Walton Beach area. Had an amazing experience a couple of years ago with one of the attorneys, Tim Shaw. Without sharing personal details, Mr Shaw really showed compassion and support for the situation our family was involved in. Alittle costly, but definitely worth the investment in having an attorney that will fight for his clients.

Don't get involved with them. Had an signed Order for Judgement for $20,000. Shiraz Husein sat on this case for years doing nothing...I had to poke and prod him continuously to get him to work on my case. He failed to send in the paperwork to close the lawsuit after being awarded an Order for Judgement. He quite literally snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. The worst attorney I have ever had the displeasure of retaining. Had to start all over from scratch. Sends me a $5000 bill to continue the case he screwed up.

Dewitt Clark is an absolutely horrible lawyer. $3000 and he barely spoke to me. I'd have to call 3/4 times and even the secretary went to get him and he still didn't call back. My case was on a time crunch and he cost me a lot of money. The few times we did speak I felt like I was trying to explain all the contracts and what the next step would be to him vs the other way around. How is this guy a lawyer. Do Not hire him for anything if you actually want something done.

Mr. Goodson was extremely knowledgeable and proficient on my case upon arrival. Navigating through 400+ prior filings throughout 5 years (last minute) he remained steadfast and provided thorough answers to any questions. He took action without hesitation, and was dialing numbers to start finding a resolution in the first appointment! His sense of urgency speaks volumes to me!
