I used them for a moving citation. They were successful in no points assessed and maintaining my driving record clean. No court appearance from me required and no court fees incurred. Simply pay the citation and take a driving improvement class. Only issues encountered when using them is you don't get the same rep on the phone all the time and some have a strong accent hard to understand clearly. Also some reps are customer friendly and willing to go the extra mile to assist you, while others are curt and dismissive. I followed up several times after court date to get a status on my case and depending on who answered I experienced either a kind helpful attitude or a dismissive 'I don't got any information you got to wait' tone. The last gentleman [sorry forgot your name] was very helpful placed me on hold and took time to investigate my case results providing me with the email notice and letter of results that same day we spoke -- friendly demeanor and customer focused! Overall good experience, and saved me $$ on insurance premiums in future years for a $99 legal representation cost.

Sure, they got my case dismissed -- no points, no conviction, cool. But then they vanished. No real help, no call, just a generic email and a mailed letter with the WRONG payment deadline. They told me I had until August 27th to pay, but the official Polk County site says August 13th. That's a two-week difference -- if I hadn't double-checked on my own, I could've been hit with late fees or worse. For a legal service, that's unacceptable. If you're paying for peace of mind, this ain't it. Do your own research -- because they won't do it for you.

I have known Jon Alford for over a decade. I was originally going to school for law & interning at the State Attorney's Office where Jon was working. I was not pleased with the outcome of my case. I got a ticket going 79 in a 70 on I-10, right outside of Tallahassee, with both of my disabled parents in the car with me. Not only did I pay $135 to be represented, I still have to pay $126 court cost AND take a 4-hour driving course. I am pissed that it will now cost me approximately $350 and 4 hours of my time, just to have no points on my license; I could have done this myself to get the same outcome or the ticket thrown out. What a waste of money!! SMH

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE TICKET CLINIC!!!! I had zero troubles with them never even had to be bothered with contacting them back and forth or worrisome court dates and phone calls. Paid them and forgot all about it.. received a letter in the mail the all charges were dropped, no points, or convictions. This was my first time using them and it certainly won't be the last. Love you guys sooooo much! And the price for their representation was wayyyyy cheaper than the reckless driving ticket and arrest I almost got. THANK YOU SO MUCH !
