I hired the office to represent me against false charges of battery. And then I fired them. LOL I spoke directly with Attorney Malove for about 45 minutes. We discussed my case. He read the arrest report. He agreed with 3 LEOs I know that the arrest should never have been made by the Deputy. The Deputy was being overly cautious, but he was wrong. It was a pleasant conversation and Atty Malove spelled out what he would do for me. He was going to contact the "victim" to get an affidavit to withdraw the charges. I had a no-contact order, but a lawyer can contact the victim for you. The price he quoted also included seeking expungement of the arrest. It turned out that the victim had already submitted an affidavit, so I terminated my relationship with Atty Malove. During the time we were connected, he was professional, caring and confident. His back office, James S, was friendly and helpful with my concerns. I never plan to need a lawyer again, but if I did need one, I'd contact Atty Malove's office.

My experience was great. After my initial phone call consultation, everything was handled for me. I never had to go to court or file any paperwork to the court. It was all taken care of for me. The only thing I needed to do was the requirements of the diversion program. Jenni was so helpful and always quick to respond to me and submit my paperwork. I hope I never need a lawyer again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to call them. Highly recommend.
