I deeply regret hiring these workers rights attorneys. When I asked my attorney, Anna maria, whether I should quit my job due to my injury, she told me to go ahead. Following that advice I ended up ruining my chances for any workers compensation settlement and cut off all further work conditioning for my shoulder surgery. This was terrible, negligent advice that caused me more harm than good. I would not recommend trusting them with your case. Their guidance can seriously backfire and leave you worse off.

After getting injured on the job, having surgery, and post-surgery therapy, I didn't get the support I felt I deserved so I hired Matthew Wax and his diligent staff to ensure my future needs from my work accident. His entire team has been so kind and complete professionals listening to my troubles,needs, and concerns. Continuously returning my calls and consistently updating me with appointments, meetings, and making me know I mattered to them. I bow to them with complete admiration, respect, and undeniable grattitude for my safety!!!

Wouldn't recommend this place. They have minimal contact with their clients and only care about closing their cases. Having been injured at work I was attempting to get my case closed out through them. They set up 1 apt between my lawyers and the insurance companies I was notified I had to be there. Made plans to miss work for this apt only to be informed the day of that it was rescheduled for a month later. The reason I was given was because they planned to mediate with the insurance and didn't want me to give a statement. So if this was a planned thing for me to not show up why wasnt I informed ahead of time? When they approached mediation I told them a number I wanted to be at. The lawyers informed me that I would be unable to continue working my current employer if this was settled. I told them I needed to know who exactly that employer would be before I could settle as we ran through a payroll company and needed to know who it applied to. The lawyer informed me that she would find out because I told her this would impact my ability to settle. She never contacted me back with this clarification I assumed this clarity was happening during their mediation. Instead she chose to settle without informing me of my one request. I am now being told I must sign documents and can no longer work for my old employer and there is nothing else to be done about it. During this whole process I felt like I was pushed to the side and just handled when they had extra time to deal with my case. I would recommend anyone else seeking help with a work injury to do better due diligence than me read the reviews about any company you sign with before locking yourself in. I was injured before and went with morgan and morgan, I wish I would have done the same this time as well.
