I recently hired a lawyer going into a custody battle. My first choice of a lawyer was a mistake, fortunate for me I was referred to Mrs Kelley for a second opinion on the direction I was being pointed. From the moment I walked in she told me what she thought I should do even if it didn't satisfy what I wanted to hear. Instantly I knew with her being straight forward with me she was the attorney I needed in my corner. I fired my first one hired her on the spot and it has proven to be the best decision I could've made. The communication from the office team to Mrs Kelley herself is superb and couldn't asked for better. In mediation it was the biggest relief to sit next to someone that I felt like was really there to fight the injustice the father faces in the court system tooth and nail along side of me. I went to Provo law firm with tears in my eyes as a scared dad trying to protect my child from a bad situation and a mother who is drinking and driving with the baby in the car. I also let Kelly know I was struggling financially and wouldn't be able to secure counseling immediately. Kelly than reached out to the mother of my child and her family (due to her aunt being a judge and Kelly having a personal relationship with her) and let her know my plan to retail counsel and go to court which absolutely destroyed my life... stay far away from this place and these people.
