Google Review for CLARK W. BERRY, P.A. Almost three years ago I contacted Clark W. Berry, P.A. and started what became a journey into the world of submitting a disability claim. Many years of sports and then construction work and starting up several landscape maintenance/construction companies had left me at age 58 unable to physically perform any work in my field, add to that four major surgeries, spinal, both hips and shoulder, put me in a position where I needed to find a trustworthy attorney, as it was recommended to not submit a claim by yourself. After 400 pages of medical and personal information was compiled, read thru, investigated, parsed and organized, being rejected twice by Social Security, and much frustration on my part, besides being soothed by Mr. Berry as well as his office manager/paralegal Kristin, who replied to my venting and emails wanting to quit and forget about the whole process, but, as a true southern lawyer is wont to do, Mr. Berry calmy navigated thru the endless pages and issues and there came the day he called me and said my claim had been accepted and approved. I think the takeaway from the whole experience was that Clark W. Berry, P.A., supported me thru the whole process, but all the way thru, were honest and hardworking, very communicative, and basically kept true to the path they had explained to me. I heartily recommend this law firm for all your disability needs and wants.

Mr Berry was a professional from day 1. His knowledge of the SS disability process is second to none. I highly recommend his practice if you need to make a claim. He guided me along the entire process, keeping me informed and up to date during the whole application.
