I spoke to Mr. Foley this morning Tuesday, March 21, 2023 and to my surprise this man read the law relevant to my inquiries- SS843.01 "resisting arrest with violence". He explained it to me in the law and his understanding of my concerns as well as to acknowledge where he can improve his knowledge because he is "all about learning". I was shocked and nervous all at the same time Listening and talking with him. He was really interested in listening to me. I have never met a human lawyer. He has a real person. I have never had an attorney do this. If I had him in1989 when I was arrested, beaten, and convicted for resisting arrest with violence on police, I would not have to worry about that conviction 34 years later. Anybody who is thinking about getting Mr. Foley should really call him and allow him to help you. He listens, and he will Do all that he can to ensure your rights are protected. We contacted Roger when a family member needed help after an arrest. He was looking at serious charges and the possibility of doing some serious jail or prison time. Roger was very helpful and HONEST with us from the beginning. He detailed our options and worked VERY hard to get the best possible outcome. There are many other attorneys out there that would charge crazy fees and not provide much help. Roger gives a 100% effort without gouging fees.
