Brendan and his team are top notch. I initially had to hire his office to replace an attorney who was representing me and made a complete mess of a matter. Brendan came in and provided a strategy and had everything cleaned up very quickly. I have since sent him several other matters and he handles them all incredibly well and efficiently. I could not be happier with his service. He is an amazing lawyer!

I recently hired Sweeney Law for a real estate issue that I had where the GC walked out on the job. Coming from out of town I heard "this is very common in Florida." I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and dedication made the entire process seamless and stress-free. The usual Sweeney response to the negative reviews here is that his office has no record of the reviewer so that the review must be fake. Well, his office will probably say the same about this review but if you are open to believing that I am taking the time to write this review to safe other people time and money then read on. First the positives. Their court filings are pretty good. Most motions are eloquent, concise, and usually backed by solid precedent. Never got to trial so cannot comment about their courtroom litigation abilities but they might be good. Now to the negatives. As other reviewers have noted here communication is simply horrible. Calls are almost never returned and it gets worse. Sweeny once called saying he had called me several times and wasn't able to reach me. I am not sure if he is aware of this, but cellphones, for many years now, have been able to log missed calls. Why lie about something like this? Or is he really too dumb to know that his clients can tell whether he called them or not? And unfortunately it does not get better from here. When you talk to him over the phone, get ready to repeat over and over the things you said in your previous call. He either has the memory of a clown fish or is trying to prolong the calls so he can charge more. It can only be one or the other. Its difficult to find a good attorney here is SEFL. But finding something better than Sweeney law will probably not be.

I had a very positive experience with Sweeney Law. They helped me with a complex and sensitive civil matter that carried significant personal and legal implications.
