12/15/25 -I recieved a call that was very sincere and apologetic about my experience. They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure my case is taken care of. I was assured I will recieve the best service within their means. Its not a instant fix but its a start. I feel seen and appreciated. 12/10/25 -I am totally disappointed by my experience with this firm. I had to take out a loan just to get their service. Paid $5000 upfront and next to nothing got done. They assigned someone to my case that they fired. I gave them the necessary information that they ask for and my situation was not resolved or even taken to court. On top of all that they burned through all the money then wanted me to pay more with no resolution in sight. I honestly feel like I was scammed and taken advantage of. Thats not how any client should feel after trusting a firm with their money and sensitive information.

Just being honest , everything was fine in the beginning and been going on with them almost a year now , then I'd call and follow up with an email and it would take 3-7days for a response. One attorney said they'd settle for one amount then come to find out he left the firm and I was not aware of anything then they said the settlement offer was a little higher . They also put down the wrong injury and Matthew's response was oh I don't know about that. I'll have to look into it is what he said but the last time I checked, he's the one who oversees what everybody there so at the end of the day that falls back on him Matthew the attorney would get nasty at times cause I'd say something and then ask it again , keep in mind it's his job to educate me on this and yet he wants to get nasty. Matthew the attorney called me after a week and decided to withdraw council for me cause I put his paralegal on "BLAST" hey I was stating the facts , sorry but I thought this was a law firm ? Since when does a "professional firm " speak like we're on the street ? It is the law firm job to educate and keep informed I personally thought that this law firm was not fighting for me. They were just in it for a money grab they knew either way they would get paid. Matthew said in the phone he's not getting paid from this , then he wants to put a lien on my case . Typical to say one thing and then do another I would steer clear and look elsewhere Very Unprofessional I regret signing with them. Once again, I'm just stating the facts I have emails and everything to back everything up
