The experience was a very good one. The firm accomplished what they set out to do. Finally going to receive my check from home owners insurance. Not always able to connect with someone in the office I needed and was left holding for long periods of time and hung up.

I regret ever hiring this law firm to handle my homeowners insurance claim. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a 3-year nightmare. Their representation during the hearing was poor and unprepared, and when the case finally settled, they kept more than half of my claim--far beyond the 30% fee I was initially told. They added hidden fees and charges that were never disclosed to me in advance. To make matters worse, they held onto my insurance settlement check for months after closing in February. I was told by the attorney that insurance can take up to 45 days to release funds, but when I finally received my check in May, it was dated back to March--nearly expired. I barely had time to deposit it. I've called multiple times for an explanation, but no one responds. Because of their handling of this case, I am still left with an unrepaired roof and nowhere near enough funds to cover the damage. I plan to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

I want to share with anyone seeking legal assistance for disability benefits to have proof that this law firm was so professional kind and considerate to my situation which is very delicate cuz I am very old and I have to have patience to deal with me and I have to admit that God steered me to the right people they got right to the point after I shared my situation with them and Miss Jean one of the paralegals has been an angel to me she assured me that she would do the best to get me what was available for my situation and she did that plus more she went out of her way at times when I was continuing to be impatient and never made me feel like I was bothering her she is on her way to be very successful and also they were fast and on top of my case throughout my whole process I just want to let other people know don't make a mistake and go anywhere else this firm is made for people who continually get discouraged because of this long process and I went through it for years until I gave it to machine and she did the rest this is the place to go to and if you get a chance to pick a paralegal Ms Jean is the one she is wonderful a great human being and a great asset to that law firm I commend them for making the right choice with her God bless you and you have a great day good luck
