I called this office looking for an estate planning attorney for my mother. I specifically asked if they had someone who spoke Spanish, as my mom is more comfortable in her native language. They said no, which I understood -- so I offered to translate for her. Despite that, they still refused to help us and told me we could not be their clients simply because my mother doesn't speak perfect English. This is blatant discrimination. Turning someone away because English isn't their first language -- even when a translator is available -- is not just bad business, it's exclusionary and disrespectful. Language should never be a barrier to essential legal services, especially when the family is offering support to ensure clear communication. This office made it clear that they are not interested in serving or accommodating the needs of diverse communities. I would not recommend them to anyone who expects professionalism, compassion, or basic cultural awareness.
