They told me that I would be debt free in 3 years. They got their money but after 3 years I still owe most of my creditors. They scam me. They have been sue and all their money frozen up. Don't sign up with them very crooked.

I asked this lawyer there if they would help me because I had gone down on my motorcycle in a businesses parking lot because of oil where your supposed to park and the lawyer right in his voice I could hear he was uncertain of himself or didn't know what he was doing, he wasn't even sure he wanted to take my case and he gave me no direction. I called another reputable firm and the instantly took my case. I wouldn't use this lawyer for anything else I doubt.

My grandmother paid 1,500 plus more and, at first it seemed like he was getting things done but, after awhile things are not being done. Phone calls and, e-mails have not been returned, no correspondence at all. This has been going on for three years I don't think he will ever help her with what she needs help with. Things that should have been taken care of quickly were dragged under the rug and, dragging on still. I think she will have to find another Attorney one that can get the job done and, on time. I wouldn't recommend this attorney, I would look for someone that can get the job done in a timely manner. No results came from hiring this Attorney.

Great attorney. Just threatened my 75 year old mother with jail time and contempt of court over a quick claim deed to a man she divorced 15 years ago. She's lived in the same address since the divorce and not one time has ANYONE contacted her regarding the trailer trash property until today with Mr Merritts threatening letter. Good Job on the intimidating factor with the elderly. And thanks for returning her call on this matter. Professionalism at its BEST!
