I retained attorney Don Hendry with a $1,544.25 deposit after he assured me I could take my time before moving forward. Unfortunately, no legal documents were ever filed and no services were delivered, which was very frustrating. FINAL UPDATE (September 19, 2025): Mr. Hendry has since refunded the full $1,544.25 retainer, which I appreciate. This resolves the matter.
