Terrible experience. Don't fall for what he says about "if no one can take her out, I can" and don't fall for him talking about his connections and how everything is possible. This lawyer did a horrible job handling my family friend's case. From the beginning, it felt like they cared more about getting paid than actually doing their job. We could barely get any answers or updates, and every time we asked something, it felt like we were bothering them. In the end, we had to handle almost everything ourselves. We were getting information and answers from other places long before the lawyer ever bothered to say anything. They didn't guide us, didn't communicate, and didn't take responsibility for anything. For the amount of stress and money involved, their service was unbelievably disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and look for someone who actually cares about their clients. This was a complete waste of time and money.

I don't usually write reviews, but this experience has pushed me to speak up. My husband and I have multiple cases with this firm and have paid them over $14,000. And what do we get in return? Silence. No calls, no updates, no accountability. Every time I call, a different receptionist gives me the same line "We're trying to reach the paralegal." Then I'm left on hold, only to be told there's still no answer. Nothing ever gets resolved. They've missed scheduled appointments without warning, and no one ever follows up. The one paralegal I did manage to speak with was rude and dismissive. It feels like once they have your money, they stop caring. We trusted them with important legal matters, and they've treated us like we don't matter at all. It's beyond frustrating!Do better.

My Friend Jimena Varela has her asylum case with the Office in Orlando, but the paralegal Carolina Mercado has been an essential piece in this process, because she's always willing and available to answer any questions that we might have, even though she isn't the paralegal assigned to her case. My cousin is also in these firm and has always received an excellent service from Carolina. She's very professional and knowledgeable we love talking to Carolina .

If you love wasting your time and money, and love being ignored and never having good communication with your lawyer, you have come to the right place. The only time you will be meeting with your lawyer will be the first time you meet him/her at an interview. After that, be ready to never hear from them again except for the paralegals, they will be the only ones handling your case and everybody else's. Be ready to never have an update on your case UNLESS YOU CHECK YOURSELF WITH THEM. Which doesn't even matter anyways because they will put you on hold for hours on end. And when they answer it's always someone that is clueless about your case and will end up transferring your call to who is supposed to be handling your case (aka your paralegal, because lawyers don't exist here). One thing they're really good at: taking your money. Their billing department will call you on time to bill you. Spot on. Worst customer service lawyer firm ever.
