I recently got a letter from this unprofessional office stating that i owe money to my old land lord for damages and also unpaid rent for the last month . I have proof that i paid first last security and also made sure to take pictures and videos of every inch of that apartment before i left because i knew that my landlord was a crook . I made sure to leave it in perfect shape and condition and spotless clean . So i called this office to understand why I'm getting this $3800 bill and the vice president was rude and didn't want to explain anything or hear me out he hung up the phone and refused to help . How do you not ask for evidence before sending these letters? also how unprofessional is it to be hanging up the phone .
