I was riding my motorcycle and was hit by a vehicle that ran. My motorcycle had liability insurance without uninsured coverage the other vehicle eventually was caught and driver arrested. Morgan and Morgan said not to worry I'd be getting it through my insurance. Never happened and was told after months there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately over the last 20 years I've been the victim of some serious accidents, and on every occasion I never had the proper representation. For example, in 2006 I was a victim of an accident that could have been fatal for me. The city I worked in at the time, was replacing old traffic signs around the City limits. Apparently one of the city workers forgot to put up the stop sign he was replacing, anyway to make a long story short. A nurse was leaving her job, and went thru the intersection where I was T-boned on the driver's side due to the city workers, not putting back the stop sign they were replacing. So the nurse didn't know to stop because of no sign. I was impacted at 35 mph, fractured three ribs, dislocated my Left AC in my shoulder, and missed three months of work. The next few days some lawyers came to see me, and they wrote me a check for $8,000.00 dollar's, and told me that the City of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania was sorry for my accident, and that the eight thousand dollars was compensation for my pain, and injuries. They really showed how concerned they were of my injury, and current status, it was a joke to them.This was almost 20 years ago. When I first started seeing the Morgan and Morgan comercials , and their statements of FOR THE PEOPLE.. I told myself if I ever was a victim of an accident again I would definitely call Morgan, and Morgan to represent me. Don't you know, unfortunately it happened to me again, this time I was impacted by a drunk driver as I'm driving home on the highway at 65 mph, I have to tell you I'm truly blessed to be alive. The next day without hesitation I contacted Morgan and Morgan, and at the end of it all, I was awarded 50 time more than the city of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania gave me. I can't put into words how grateful, and appreciative I am of having had them represent me in accident, they truly faught for me, the small people..!! Thank you so much...!!!
