I needed help with a custody case and spent $3,000+ of my savings to hire Mrs. Jaques. We did 1 mediation, just 1 and she told me the best Id get is 50/50. With paid visitations that I would have to pay, so my sons father could see my son at a supervised facility. She has done this to many woman with toxic ex partners who have criminal violence backgrounds and these women settled. Signing the paper for 50/50. I kept asking Mrs. Jaques to please help me fight and she kept pressuring me to sign the paper for 50/50 or she wouldn't help me anymore. She seemed like a nice lady but when it comes to your kid's safety 50/50 is not good enough. Please stay strong and find someone who will fight with you. This firm unfortunately does not do that.
