I had an outstanding experience working with Jason Harr on my family law case. From our first meeting, Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He took the time to understand the details of my situation and guided me through each step of the legal process with clarity and confidence. Jason's communication was excellent--he always made time to answer my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. His calm and focused approach gave me peace of mind during a very difficult and emotional time. He truly had my best interests at heart and fought hard for a fair outcome. Everything in this review is public record or my opinion of Attorney Harr. This negative review is based on Attorney Harr's poor performance as it relates to case 2024 13413 CICI, which should've been never been filed and alternately, finalized and closed August 2025. However, Attorney Harr keeps playing delay tactics. On November 18 we stood in front of Judge Craig at a hearing that I requested because attorney Harr's client owes me a final judgment from August. The client refuses to pay. I requested hearing for a motion to compel post judgment discovery. At the hearing attorney Harr and his client lied to Judge Craig and emphatically stated his client will be dropping off payment in full to my attorney by the end of the day. No payment was ever dropped off. This entire case has been nothing but delays and lies by Attorney Harr. It seems he likes to intimidate and harass, refuses to read or review discovery requests, communicate, & follow proper courtroom decorum. He has filed 3 frivolous lawsuits against me all of his complaints were riddled with lies. He accused me of being a criminal, I've never been charged with a crime. He posted that lie in court documents. All of his claims against me state no cause of action, they are wholly not meritorious. In October 2024 Attorney Harr represented a frivolous lawsuit for his client against me. His client owes me $40,000. I represented myself, Pro Se. I'm not an attorney, I don't have any legal training. The jury took 15 minutes to see right through Attorney Harr and his client and their lies. Attorney Harr lost in court that day, on July 15 against me, a Pro Se defendant. You can look the case up, 2024 13413 CICI. I'm not the only one who has noticed his unethical, dishonest and abusive behavior. He was found negligent of filing frivolous lawsuits two times this year; once in June (Ogden Vs DiFelice) and once on September 16 (Hyppolite vs Vanacore); public record. I have attached here the PUBLIC RECORDS sanctions against Jason L. Harr. Is this who you're willing to go with based on his record? He was ordered to pay $18,000 because of his frivolous lawsuits and referred to the Florida Bar for further in investigation. Attorney Harr even described his own professional misconduct as "SLOPPY LAWYERING." It seems to me Attorney Harr loves to waste time & cost his clients money. My opinion, here, should not be the reason why you should chose Attorney Harr or why you shouldn't choose Attorney Harr. All these documents are available on line, look them up yourself. Jason Harr is an outstanding attorney who helped me a few years ago. He was very professional, communicated well, and explained the process every step of the way. He is the best at what he does and has a superior work ethic. I highly recommend him!
