Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. I am a realtor and was forced to use Storch Law firm as the title company while representing a seller. They took weeks to get back to me via phone calls and emails. And, on a 4-month long transaction, the week prior to closing they told me that the property would need to go through probate and the closing had to be delayed. They had 4 months to figure that out! I do not recommend!
