Very unprofessional. Do not recommend. None of my questions have been answered. When you call the office they are very, very unprofessional and rude. Everytime you call to speak to your team they are busy, you can leave multiple messages and they will not reach back out. Signed documents that is sent just disappear into air. When you have multiple pages that needs your signature and you reach out to have a better understanding of what it is your signing , you will be told you need to sign to get your money. Nothing else. Worst decision I've ever made. So much more could be said.

Very poor experience. Office staff is unprofessional and invisible, especially ELIETH. Calls go unreturned and when information is provided it's not accurate because you don't speak to knowledgable employees. Once a settlement is reached the attorney on my case, Shirley Pimentel, went missing and doesn't return calls. I'm left to read and understand ,without any assistance, a 31 page document they needed me to sign. Only answers ever provided in this entire process was by the mediator. If I, or anyone I know had to choose a company to work with, I would have picked and recommended to others, a more professional and competent firm. Very disappointed with WORK INJURY RIGHTS Seems like a chop shop So the owner responds to my review, as you can see below my review, and 20 hours later plus still no phone call or communication of any kind. They don't care !!! I guess my point regarding unprofessional people at work injury rights has been proven.

Absolutely useless. Did not do one thing. Not one and got paid to not advise or advocate for me. Couldn't even fix the direct deposit issue and that was not even the basis for the case. If you want to pay someone to listen and not do anything else... You are in the right place. If you want someone to actually do something.... look elsewhere Update: so I received a call from the owner concerned about my review. He took all of my information, and said that he would have my specific attorney to call me back to go over my concerns. And just typical of their company I haven't heard a word. He just wanted me to take the review down and wasn't concerned with making sure I was satisfied. So again I repeat do not waste your time. They're just collecting money.
