The most efficient and professional person and practice I've ever come in contact with. I am a disabled dental office manager and I felt safe and I was confident that she would fight for my well being. When i met Nora in 2014 i knew she was going to make it happen for me and she did!!!! She won my disability case in 2017!!! I live with multiple sclerosis and if you are not familiar with multiple sclerosis horrible, it's a disease that no one can see.. She's sincerely a nice person very compassionate and very driven, I can tell that her drive comes behind her passion. She's awesome!! Her assistant Ronda is amazing! She has patients, she's kind, she's sincere, she's willing to work with you she goes beyond in my opinion!!!! They are a great team both are amazing to work with I would refer anybody to them in a heartbeat!! Thanks guys!!!!

Don't trust the AVVO reviews since she bribes her clients to give her a positive review so that the client can get their Medical Records. I can tell you one thing for sure, she doesn't care about you. Her assistants don't care for you either. They do everything to not have to talk to you and forces the poor receptionist to answer questions and calls that they're supposed to be taking. Trust me, I would know. Natalie treats her clients poorly and has an attitude problem. She will refuse to take your call and makes the receptionist answer all you questions. Also, you will not hear from Nora staum until your court date or if she calls you. Of course there are a few that had good things to say, but from personal experience I know they don't give a damn about anyone of them. I would never recommended them to anyone not in a million years. Ive seen them treat one of their own like pure trash. If they treat clients poorly, imagine one of their own. I'd give this awful little Pit of hell 0 stars if I could.
