I believe in sharing honest reviews. Unfortunately, this is not an attorney I would trust. I made a post seeking legal advice, and he reached out. We had a brief consultation, and I sent over my documents but I never heard back. I would've been perfectly fine if he wasn't interested in taking my case, but a simple follow-up or communication would've been appreciated. The blessing in disguise was that another attorney reached out shortly after, sent a demand letter, and we settled (a little less than what I wanted, but still something) all within about three weeks. Also, Barry's 40% fee is excessive in my opinion. You might honestly be better off drafting your own paperwork and representing yourself.

He's a good attorney that knows law his communication skills are getting better as the case progresses he's a older gentleman and he may don't reach out as frequently but trust me he is in the background working I'm a current client of his and I'm actually satisfied with where my case was before I signed with him to where it stands today so I would recommend him to a family member or friend!

Barry was incredibly patient with us going through a chapter 13. His advice was greatly appreciated as we were going through a hard time in making decisions on our business and finances.
