I never got the opportunity to speak with an attorney, initially Jessica took my call 2 weeks ago with a promise to call me back. After waiting a few days I called back and was transferred to Jessica's voicemail which I left a 2nd message. I was run over by negligence and was thrown 15ft in the air, a CRT and tort form was filed when CRT picked me up off the ground meanwhile everything was video taped, as a result the emergency room did MRI's and in writing from the orthopedic surgeon showing that when I landed on the cement my left shoulder rotator cuff was torn as well as the ripped labrum, the right shoulder is not repairable and will require a complete shoulder replacement, I also sustained a blood clot in my entire right leg that just recently dissolved after 7 months on medication. Im 67 yrs old and had many dealings with attorneys over the last 25 yrs, never have I felt so disrespected by a law firm.
