This is the second time we have worked with Stewart. This time helping us navigate our way through a bad auto accident my husband was in. He takes his time and personally attends to the case. We always get to communicate with him directly. The compassion he has for his clients will always bring us back. That and he is a good attorney. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. We highly recommend him.

Don't waste your time with this attorney. He took 1k in retainer and didn't so much as draft a settlement letter for my case in a month or provide any associated paperwork besides a receipt for the initial retainer (which was also late). He kept promising to meet with us at Cooper Memorial as he doesn't seem to have a physical office presently, allegedly due to the pandemic, but that meeting never materialized. When he finally did provide the letter (which he never sent) it had typos and the paperwork came with a surprise additional retainer of 1.5k which was not previously discussed. When we disputed this on the grounds that he'd failed to provide any substantive services he dragged on half a month without any communication besides a text giving himself a deadline to reply (which he then missed) before simply withdrawing representation under suspect pretenses in the middle of the night. Overall, I feel like I got ripped off with this attorney. He does not seem capable of meeting simple deadlines. I think about the only positive thing I can say about my experience with his service is that he will take your call personally.

Attorney Jacobson have been my family attorney for the past nine years. From the beginning he was very thorough and dedicated to me and my family. Attorney Jacobson was very knowledgeable and provided the best resources and also made sure that we understood everything that was going on with the cases. I would recommend Attorney Jacobson for your legal needs and I failed to mention his assistant Cindy who is the first face you see when you enter the office and she is the sweetest person with the patience of Job.
