Did not have a good experience. After spending tons of money was told by the lawyer that he would rather represent a man. Did not feel as though I was represented well. Would not recommend using this firm.

Does all the talking to a point it's ridiculous and time wasting. I have a complex situation that requires careful understanding that Mr. Ossian proved incapable of performing. He talks to you like you are on trial, in such a way that he tries to "figure out" the "real truth," instead of allowing you to explain it, implicating you as lying/deceitful/stupid. He corrects your speech. I didn't visit for advice on communication. I was not before a judge and how I speak was not a concern in the slightest. I'm trying to figure out if I want to hire this guy. This was a consultation, mind you. He told me he wanted to "shake me" when I told him my situation which is just inappropriate, period. I would prefer my attorney not get his emotions involved. How can I be confident he would defend my situation without sabotaging my case? Offered to charge $350/hr. Minimum $3500.
