I had a positive experience with a case with Cope Zebro and Crawford. My case was settled out of court in a timely manner. My case manager, Ashley, explained the process from the very beginning and everything happened and turned out exactly how she explained. She did a lot of the footwork in between the insurance company and medical services to conclude my case. While that process was a little lengthy, it was reasonable, and Ashley communicated with my check-ins a long the way so I always knew what was going on. The firm fees were nothing more and nothing less than I contracted with them for. I would recommend this firm for a personal injury / auto accident case, and would use them again, myself.

Mr. Cope is one of the best attorneys I have ever had the pleasure to work with at such a rough time in my life he was very professional caring and attentive always had great response to questions and phone calls were always returned. Any person that truly knows Tom knows what a good man he is and strives to help others anyway he can.

So sad, that the human species can be so cruel and heartless. I run a wildlife center and raccoons are so smart. I can not imagine what this poor animal was feeling and thinking as she was swore at and pushed from the only safety she knew 20 miles out at sea. Thomas Cope does not deserve your business. THIS is animal cruelty, so sad!! Please go to another attorney!

Wish Cope was as good as his bio says he is . If I had known about the Raccoon incident before hand, I never would have called them at all...

I came across a story that made me sick reading it. Thomas Cope threw a raccoon off his boat in the middle of the ocean. This is not someone with any ounce of compassion. Disgraceful.
