I have recently begun my collaboration with Brook and Attorney Matthew Bronkema, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for their kindness and support in handling my case. Currently, I am embroiled in a lawsuit against my homeowners' association (HOA) due to significant damages caused by a roof leak that severely impacted my condominium. Initially, I entered into a contract with the HOA's attorneys without seeking legal counsel, trusting that they would act in good faith. Unfortunately, they failed to uphold their commitments, which included an agreement to provide me with $65,000 to cover the necessary repairs. Instead, I received only one check for approximately half of that amount. After receiving a check for $35,000, I proceeded to address the initial damages, but the HOA's attorneys began to delay the process and engage in tactics that felt evasive. In an effort to substantiate my claims, I took the initiative to hire an inspector at my own expense to confirm that all mold resulting from the leak had been eradicated. Despite this evidence, the HOA has since refused to disburse the remaining balance owed to me. To complicate matters further, they have initiated rapid foreclosure proceedings on my property, citing my failure to pay monthly assessments, which I have been unable to do due to the damages they caused me. I remain optimistic that the team at Consumer Law Attorneys will advocate for my rights and ensure that justice prevails in this matter. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Brook and Matthew for their exceptional support throughout this challenging process. Their professionalism and dedication have been invaluable, and I am hopeful for a favorable resolution to my case.

And I can honestly say, she's a very hard-working, exceptional person who turned over every stone, Banged on every door to make things work. After fighting with my Mortgage Company for two years to get a loan modification, they decided to foreclose on me. Thank God I received a letter from consumer law attorneys I called them and they are going to help me with my foreclosure to make sure I stay in my home. Brooke was a wonderful manager that I spoke on the phone and she reassured me. Everything's gonna be OK. What a great company.

Needed assistance with a credit card dispute. I was being told various things that were incorrect and/or highly misleading, by the attorney for the credit card, in an attempt to collect on a debt. Soloman Lindsey, Atty with Consumer Law, calmed me down (And I was truly freaked out!) by explaining what was actually legal, what some of my options were, and how to specifically address the callers (and the potential process servers if contacted for the court) as they attempt contact again. He was patient and understood my concerns and my emotional state during our conversation. His help was invaluable, and it was free!! Hard to find in this era of selfishness and fraudulent activities. I talked to so many different people about all he different options available throughout this horrible process. Concluded we were losing the house and we're looking to sell to highest offer before foreclosure. Then I called them and spoke with Brook Sirois.
