I love it here at complete Care, the staff is awesome. They are flexible and work with you to make sure you get your therapy! My girl Valeria be putting me in pain with the exercises but she is so sweet about it. From the front desk to Dr, Peterson , they all are amazing oh yeah and the mints at the counter on my out is the cherry on top

I have been trying for several weeks to set up appointments for a family member at this location. Whoever the front desk guy's name is, he has no phone etiquette and no customer service skills whatsoever, being dismissive uninformative about other options to reschedule appointments, and failing to state his name. He has "instructed" my family member with exercises before and ended up causing the patient more distress and discomfort by his lack of care to recognize and listen to my family member constant complaints the exercise was increasing the pain, and I have witnessed him mock them because they couldn't walk at all because of the pain. I also have personally seen the chiropractor doctor using a speech full of shame and guilt with a patient. If any patient (future or current) has to come to this company for any reason, do yourself a favor and head down to the Maitland location. Every person part of their staff (from front desk to doctor) are very capable and willing to do their job, which is to help others.
All the stuffs especially Dr. Andrea, Julian, Valeria, Bryce.. they are super nice and patience. Also they helped me a lot with my accident pain. Highly recommended this place.
The staff(Dr. Arnett, Bhavana, Jill, Valeria, & Bryce) at Complete Care Centers Casselberry have made my therapy & recovery process a pleasant experience.
