Tiffany Grant is by far the best attorney that I have ever worked with! Tiffany doesn't just qoute the governing documents and the state statute (which she does reference both) like most Community Association attorney's, she ALSO provides options and suggestions for the board of directors to consider. Tiffany has the miraculous ability to explain everything in a way that can be easily understood by the board and homeowners! She is efficient, highly experienced, and more than willing to attend a board meeting to provide additional information for the membership. Our Condo Association normally runs pretty well. In April we had a three person board, which is a lower number than normal. The new president was focused on an expensive project that she wanted. Things were being neglected, mismanaged, and, in my opinion, misrepresented. In late July, the new president resigned upon recall. Another resigned and the third resigned effective the next meeting. Our situation was somewhat chaotic and precarious with respect to an unpopular preliminary contract, neglect of equipment, and an orderly transition of leadership. The partner of the condo law firm who was representing our association was nonresponsive to our homeowner interests, and I believe, unaware of our circumstances. My neighbor knew Tiffany Grant from some work at other associations. Tiffany represented a small group of homeowners from our Association to our condo law firm. Interestingly, our condo was assigned to another attorney at the firm. Tiffany addressed all of our issues to the condo law firm - the contract, equipment neglect and the orderly transition to new leadership. Everything came into place. Thank You Tiffany!
