I was referred to David from a veteran friend who was helped by him. I submitted my request to his office late last spring and contacts with VA personnel regarding re-evaluation within a couple of weeks. My disability percentage was raised from 60 to 90% by September of the same year. Other items within the claim were deferred and I just continued my normal VA medical care appointments. Last week I got a new, final claim letter for 100%.
