I just completed business with Brandon Family Law (Power of Attorney, Healthcare Proxy, Will, etc.) for my mother prior to her passing. Mary and her team was the best thing that happened to my family. Since day 1 Mary went out of her way to make sure that we understood everything that was going on. She was very clear on everything! The experience we've received with an eviction case has been terrible. Our experience with the attorney could be compared to a doctor with poor bedside manner: -poor communication of the process -driven by money, not goodwill -conversations that make you feel like an inconvenience -poor advocacy As a social worker, I expected more. I've had great relationships with attorneys before and expected a great experience as this law office was referred to us by another attorney, but we were sorely let down. I've done more advocating for my friend in her eviction case than the attorney appointed to her.
