The staff was efficient and friendly. The wait wasn't too long. My visit was a disability determination so I didn't have any choice of where to go. However if I do need pain management in the future I definitely will choose this place. The doctor was thorough and friendly and everything went well. Thank you.

Cervical spine injury. The most uncomfortable seating in a waiting room. I signed in on time but was not addressed by the front desk for over 30 minutes. And when I approached them, they told me to wait (so she could finish telling her story to her colleagues about her berating a patient on the phone for no reason -yes, I heard the unprofessional interaction) before she finally gave me my paperwork to fill out. Also, casual profanity in front of clients and customers is absolutely ridiculous. I ended up being there for almost 3 hours with my wife, who took time off to drive me there and help me. My blood pressure was 176/111, the highest it has ever been since my condition. Maybe this place is great for people who are hurt but don't take care of themselves. I'm an athlete and I do my best to eat well and do my physical therapy and I'm not fat/old. The doctor didn't even read half of my MRI report and she even admitted to being too old for what she does. All they had to do is look at my MRI, do their stupid baseline tests for people who don't take care of themselves, and send me on my way within 30 minutes at the most. If you don't actually care about yourself, try it out, I guess. Because none of the staff is in this business to help people, just there to have a job. The one black gentleman that worked there seemed to care enough and was more attentive, but everyone else should be fired.

I have been going to this dr office for the past 5 years. The staff is very friendly and Doctors are very caring and give you the best treatment for your condition. I have never had any negative treatment. Would refer everyone to this doctor. 20 Stars plus!!!!! The staff is very friendly and Dr. G is fantastic!!!!

The staff is amazingly sweet & have been super helpful assisting me with any & all issues as a newer patient. Dr. Griswold is absolutely amazing! After 10+ years of being treated for chronic pain, it is so refreshing & comforting to finally feel heard, seen and experience compassion. I should've seen a woman Dr. years ago. She is professional & sympathetic. I received trigger point injections and was surprised how much less they hurt than with previous doctors, as she has a gentle touch. I truly can't say enough good things about my experience there. I am a happy patient & look forward to building a long, trusting relationship on my road to recovery.
