Daniel Oppenheimer is truly a "counselor at law" in every sense of the word. While many attorneys are more interested in billing their clients, arguing rather than negotiating, Mr. Oppenheimer is unique in that he genuinely cares about his clients (or potential clients) to an extent that I've not seen in all my years working with lawyers. Although I did not retain him, due to the fact that I did not have a cause of action nor did we feel that there was a case, he spent an inordinate amount of time on the phone with me discussing all aspects of my case and addressing my concerns.
