Grossman Roth Yaffa Cohen

After being turned down by two other legal offices we entered Grossman Roth Yaffa Cohan's office depressed. We were met by a friendly staff member and Eric Halsey a lawyer in the firm. She was in her hospital bed with tubes coming out from everywhere, but every afternoon that week I had to leave my wife for a couple of hours. I had appointments to interview attorneys about the death of our daughter. The questioning of the defense witnesses and our own expert witnesses were top notch. We were very proud of our attorney. And when the jury came back with a verdict of 37 million dollars, we did not know what to think. We were stunned. It was like a euphoric experience, but confusing at the same time. Then Stuart told us that we needed to get ready for an appeal, so right there and then we walked from the court house and were introduced to our appellate attorney. It would be a long road. Two appellate court hearings were followed by another at the Florida Supreme Court. Stuart never flinched. He was with us all the way, and although none of us knew that it would be for another seven years, there was no question-not one ever- that we made the right choice with Stuart Grossman.

When you encounter one of the worst moments in your life, the biggest think you look for in someone who will be defending you is passion and aggressiveness.
